Young Investigator Award

The Oncologist Young Investigator Award honors a promising young physician scientist who is the principal author of a significant research paper published in the Journal. The Oncologist Editors support the efforts of these "rising stars" and encourage the development of young investigators who are devoted to making significant impacts in cancer patient care.

The award includes a $10,000 USD cash prize, a special feature on the Journal's homepage and will be presented at the annual Chabner Colloquium held in Boston, MA.

You must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to apply for the Young Investigator Award:

  1. You are the principal author of a paper published in The Oncologist
  2. You were 40 years of age or younger at the time of the manuscript's submission.
